Work through mandatories and routines in person — $90 per session.

Weekly check-ins with a customized plan for diet, training, and offseason supplements — $250 per month.

Posing, nutrition, training, weekly updates, full contest prep, supplement protocols, and full access via text, call, and video — $500 per month.
