Resistance Bands for Warmups and Travel

Resistance bands are useful because they make light work easy to access. Face pulls, rows, presses, curls, pull-aparts, and assisted mobility drills all fit into a small pouch.
Use lower tension for warmups and higher tension for accessories. Stacking bands can create a harder session without adding bulky equipment.
For travel, pack bands with a shaker and training shirt. That small kit keeps movement available even when your schedule changes.
